Facilitation of Spaces for Collective Transformation
We live and work in times of profound complexity. Ecological and social challenges — from climate change and biodiversity loss to social inequality, energy transition, polarization, and conflict — call not only for technical solutions, but for new ways of thinking, relating, and learning together. To learn and practice these new ways, Spaces for Collective Transformation become essential — along with the capacity to design and steward them through skilled facilitation.
What is facilitation?
Facilitation is the art of designing and guiding collective processes so that groups can feel, think, and then act more wisely together. It is not about leading from the front or providing ready-made answers. It is about holding space and stewarding the process — creating the relational and structural conditions in which meaningful dialogue, deep learning, and collective transformation can happen.
My approach
My approach weaves together dialogue, empathy, systemic thinking and embodiment to support groups move from fragmentation toward connection and shared understanding. My facilitation style is participative, co-creative, experimental, and process-oriented, grounded in a deep trust in collective intelligence and group wisdom. It is informed by nervous system awareness, deep listening, system sensing, and practices such as Art of Hosting, Authentic Relating, Theory U, Deep Ecology, and Social Permaculture.

What can we do together in service of your work?
As mentioned above, my work is co-creative and rooted in stewardship. This means I do not provide one-size-fits-all solutions or predetermined outcomes. Instead, each process is carefully designed and guided in dialogue with you, the context, and what is emerging in the group. Below are some areas where this work can be of support:

Participative Processes & Decision-making
I can support you in designing and guiding participative processes and meetings where collective intelligence is truly valued and included in decision-making, inviting shared ownership, wider acceptance and wiser group outcomes.
Engaging Conferences on Complex Topics
I can support you in creating conferences and gatherings that move beyond traditional lectures or panels, using interactive formats that welcome diverse perspectives around complex ecological and social challenges, inviting emerging possibilities.
Welcoming the Human Dimension of Change
I can support you in designing and holding spaces where the emotional impacts of large-scale socio-ecological challenges can be acknowledged and processed, cultivating presence, capacity, and enabling deep transformation.
Embodied & Experiential Learning
Complex topics require new ways of learning. I can support you in designing educational workshops that engage not only the cognitive mind but also the intelligence of the body and emotions, fostering deeper, more integrated, and sustainable learning.
